Bobby Clarke is one of the best Hockey Players we have seen pass through the NHL. He played all 15 years with the Philadelphia Flyers. The image of Clarke, with a toothless grin, holding on to the Stanley Cup and winking after the Flyers' victory in the 1975 Stanley Cup is considered one of the most iconic photos in the history of hockey.
Born in the northern Manitoban mining town of Flin Flon, Clarke began to play organized hockey when he was 8 years old. Despite suffering Type 1 diabetes, Clark was able to make a name of himself being drafted 17th overall in the 1969 NHL Amateur Draft. Clarke showed early success after being drafted becoming the youngest captain in NHL history at age 23. By the end of his career, he had amassed a plus-minus of +506, being one of the best passers in the history of hockey. In 1987, Bobby Clarke was inducted into the Hockey hall of fame. Bobby Clarke is an amazing Speaker and the perfect athlete to have at any corporate event or function.
